We're back for another year with a special Cadwork training course! Whether you're new to Cadwork or just want a refresher course, this is the course for you.  cadwork training will take place on January 21 and 22, prior to the Mass Timber - Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) Workshop on January 23-24, 2025. During this 2-day event, you will learn the basic skills needed to carry out your projects.

Starting with basic knowledge of 3D-modeling in cadwork, you will learn how to organize your model and optimize your time. We will also give a sneak peak of more advanced features, such as the use of container blocks for your welded assemblies or other connections.

Using cadwork BIM functionalities, work with other trades effectively, from architectural design to HVAC systems.

Once the model is complete, we will work on bill of material, beam optimization, panel nesting and shop drawings, ranging from basic 2D export to advanced exports, such as the Piece-by-Piece using automated dimensions. Finally, using cadwork WebViewer, your project can be shared with clients and partners for review, to visualize the building sequence easily and much more.

The fee for this 2-day training is 450$ per person. Following this workshop, you will be granted access to cadwork for 2 months (installation/activation before the workshop) and technical support for up to 10 hours during the trial.

Each attendee should come with his own laptop, with cadwork v30 installed and activated.
